For dollar sales and volume sales, bottled water was a top seller in February reports CSPnet. During the four-week period, volume growth was 10.8 percent, in all channels, while dollar sales grew 9.6 percent, according to data from Vivien Azer and Nielsen. Some of the top water brand names reported were Poland Springs, smartwater, Propel and Aquafina.
Sports drinks and energy drinks also showed growth.
