7 Vending Machines Burglarized And Vandalized At Florida High School, Police Say

Seven vending machines were damaged in an incident involving vandalism and burglary at DeLand High School in DeLand, Fla., The Daytona Beach News-Journal reported.

Burglars had cut a chain-link lock that had been on a gate enclosing the machines, police said. The machines incurred $7,000 of damages, which included shattered glass as well as missing products, control panels and money.
