Everyone in the OCS business is familiar with Holiday House Distributing’s annual training and equipment sales show. This year, Holiday House is offering training for OCS operators and salespeople in addition to OCS technicians.
From humble beginnings in 2019, the Holiday House Distributing’s annual training and equipment shows have grown. The fall session of the show, slated for September 29 to October 2 in Frisco, Texas, will feature new elements, including a sales training focus led by anyone familiar with Automatic Merchandiser’s Vending & OCS Nation podcast: Host Bob Tullio.

In this episode, Tullio talks with the show creator Barbara Russell, the vice president of sales and marketing at Holiday House Distributing. Russell explains why the show provides OCS operators and technicians with the opportunity to learn directly from the industry’s leading equipment manufacturers through a series of small-group training sessions, and why they’ve added an OCS sales track.
During his presentation at Holiday House’s fall training show, Tullio will explore business development techniques, consultative selling, storytelling, overcoming objections, successful follow-up, plus proven closing strategies, all with an OCS focus. Tullio promises significant takeaways for operators and their sales reps who attend, both with collateral materials and actionable concepts.
