Ned Skinner, president of U.S. Coffee And Tea, based in Des Moines, Ia., said a seminar on romancing coffee for customers at the National Automatic Merchandising Association CoffeeShow in Las Vegas was excellent. Mike Tompkins, president of Coffee Products Associations Inc. and Tim Cleland, sales manager at Gavina Gourmet Coffee, presented specific techniques on presenting coffee, Skinner noted.
