Automated Coffee Kiosks Coming To San Francisco Airport

March 8, 2019

San Francisco International Airport commissioners have approved the opening of two automated coffee vending machines to open post-security at the airport, whose cafes and coffee houses make about $50 million annually in sales and currently have long lines, according to SFGate.

The kiosks that are part of a trial of technology performance are from Cafe X Technologies, a San Francisco company, and Briggo Coffee Haus, of Austin, TX. The kiosks will operate 24/7.
