Startup Aiming To Create "Molecular Coffee" Lands $2.6M Investment From Horizon Ventures
CoffeeBUZZ reports that Horizon Ventures has awarded $2.6 million in funding to Atomo, a startup attempting to produce "molecular coffee" without coffee beans. The Seattle-based startup aims to reduce the impact of coffee production upon the environment. Horizon Ventures has previously funded startups including Impossible Foods.
