June 28, 2018

Two recent studies explored the effect of coffee on employee collaboration and found caffeine had a positive impact, according to Ohio State News. The studies found that when people drank caffeinated coffee, they felt more positive about peers and themselves, as well as talked more during discussions, while still staying on topic. Researchers felt the caffeine increased alertness, which is what led to the improvements in team dynamics.
