Flow Beverage Inc. has completed a strategic restructuring that separates its Flow brand from its manufacturing operations, positioning the premium mineral spring water business as a standalone, brand-led company.

Cizzle Brands Corp., the maker of Cwench Hydration, acquired Flow’s manufacturing operations while Flow’s brand assets transferred into a new entity, Flow Canada LLC, which is under the sole ownership of Rucker Investments. Rucker Investments retains a minority stake in the manufacturing business while holding full ownership of the Flow brand.

With the new structure, Flow will operate as a focused consumer brand organization supported by a diversified network of manufacturing partners rather than owning and operating its own production facilities.

“Separating the brand from day-to-day plant operations gives both businesses a clearer focus,” said Cliff Rucker, founder of Rucker Investments, in a statement. “Retaining a minority stake in the manufacturing operations keeps us meaningfully engaged while giving the Flow brand the independence, agility and resources needed to scale.”

Flow plans to prioritize brand expansion across North America, deepen customer relationships and scale production capacity through multiple contract manufacturing partners.

Flow Canada LLC will continue to work closely with Cizzle Brands for its production needs and plans to add additional manufacturing partners as demand requires.
