Ansa pulls wraps off groundbreaking OCS micro coffee roasters: VMW video report

VMW correspondent Bob Tullio caught with Matan Scharf of Ansa, an Israeli coffee and hi-tech company that has engineered an on-premise green bean roasting system specifically for OCS. At the NAMA Show, Ansa showed off its Micro Roaster models, which are compact, clean and automatic. A retrofit model is compatible with any bean-to-cup machine (top mounting) and the barista version operates in standalone format (small enough to sit on most any countertop environment).
