    Coin Acceptors, Inc. is now offering Vantage Bill Acceptors with preprogrammed Canadian $20 polymer bill tables.  All new production models beginning Aug. 28, 2012 will have the latest firmware installed.  As for the current installed base, the FP5 field programmer can be used for updating or units can be returned to one of the Coinco authorized service centers for updating.

    Customers who purchased an FP5 field programmer for the new $1 / $2 coin updates can return their FP5 to the nearest Coin Acceptors Canada location for an update to include this latest software for the Vantage.

    Development of the MC7212 software is ongoing and will be available as the Bank of Canada release gets closer. Please contact your nearest Coin Acceptors Canada location to discuss options in further detail.
