VendTech International has rebranded its recently acquired vending management software and payments platform under a new technology brand, VendTech Technology, and tapped an unattended payments veteran to lead it. The moves position VendTech to expand its presence in unattended retail, the company said.
VendTech acquired the VendingOps vending management system and EndevorPay card readers earlier this year. Since then, the company says it has spent months testing and refining the products across its own routes and staff-owned machines. The vending management software will now be relaunched as VendXONE, a vending management software platform, and VendXpay, a payments offering, under the new VendTech Technology brand.
VendTech is also the parent of Naturals2Go, a turnkey vending solutions provider that helps launch new entrepreneurs into the vending industry. The new VendTech Technology software, card readers, kiosks, and other tools will be available to both existing Naturals2Go customers and independent unattended retail operators. VendXONE is now included in the Naturals2Go business opportunity bundle and available to distribution partners and other vending operators.
According to the company, VendXONE has been developed “by operators, for operators” to serve as a core suite for running unattended retail businesses, including vending management software, payment hardware and related smart technologies. The company tests new hardware and software first on its own corporate routes and staff-owned vending solutions before wider release, positioning this internal network as a proving ground for reliability and functionality. The company describes VendXONE as the first field-tested software solution in vending of this size and scale, and says it is already delivering measurable operational benefits for unattended retail operators. The platform is intended to help operators scale, improve productivity and increase revenue by centralizing route, machine and transaction data.
