Nayax moves to acquire Integral Vending to expand Latin America reach

Nayax is looking to expand its presence in Latin America and plans to acquire Integral Vending, its exclusive distribution partner in Mexico since 2015. According to Nayax, the companies have signed a nonbinding letter of intent and entered into an exclusivity period for the proposed acquisition. The transaction, if completed, will position Nayax to meet accelerating regional demand for its cashless payment, software and loyalty platform, the company said.

Integral Vending, founded in 2006 and based in Chihuahua, Mexico, provides payment and management solutions for the unattended retail sector, including vending, amusement and self-service channels. The company has developed a proprietary vending management software platform and built a distribution and service network serving operators in Mexico and the broader region.

The planned acquisition would follow two recent acquisitions by Nayax in Brazil. The transaction is expected to be closed by the end of the fourth quarter.
