VenHub Global Inc. has opened a new corporate headquarters and production facility in Las Vegas, Nevada, to support the autonomous retail solutions provider’s national expansion of smart store operations.

The facility will serve as VenHub’s central operations for research and development, modular and mobile smart store design, logistics planning, customer support and large-scale production. Key operations from Los Angeles and Pasadena have been relocated to the new site while the company maintains its existing California capabilities. Initial production at the Las Vegas location is slated to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025, with phased increases planned to support future deployments.

“The opening of our new Las Vegas corporate offices provides us with additional capacity to consistently scale our operations,” said Shahan Ohanessian, founder and CEO of VenHub, in a statement about the new location. “This new headquarters and production facility will support our growth and improve the speed, quality and flexibility of our deployments. It allows our engineering, production and support teams to work side-by-side in one cohesive environment, while positioning us closer to key markets.”

Ohanessian added that the facility strengthens the company’s ability to meet rising interest from transportation hubs, enterprise partners, municipalities and operators while providing a centralized location for technology validation, showroom tours, field training and partner demonstrations.

Attendees to the 2025 NAMA Show got a hands-on look at VenHub’s AI-powered smart stores, which are fully autonomous, modular mart designed to operate continuously without on-site staff. The smart store technology adapts to customer behavior, local conditions and operator settings.

Why This Matters

  • Autonomous retail is gaining traction, with growing interest from transit hubs, stadiums and entertainment complexes, municipalities and other commercial enterprises.
  • Centralized production and R&D facilities will allow VenHub to scale operations more efficiently.
  • For locations that can support the technology investment required, AI-driven unattended retail solutions offer high throughput and security.
