Tech 2 Success LLC has integrated its OCS E-Commerce platform with the 365 VMS from 365 Retail Markets, a move the companies say will streamline operations and strengthen digital sales for convenience services operators.
The OCS E-Commerce platform enables operators to distribute coffee, snacks and janitorial products directly to clients. By tying that capability into the 365 VMS — used for vending operations, inventory management and data analytics — operators can now manage their unattended retail environments and online storefronts within a single system.
Tech 2 Success CEO John Hickey stated that the integration will enable operators to consolidate customer data and operations in one centralized location. “Our OCS E-Commerce platform, integrated with the 365 VMS, offers operators the ability to manage their operations and customer data in a single, cohesive system,” Hickey said in a release.
Joe Hessling, founder and CEO of 365 Retail Markets, noted that the partnership expands the tools available to operators by linking e-commerce with vending management. Operators can manage online orders, increase OCS sales, and optimize inventory directly within the 365 ecosystem.
