Key Highlights

  • Autel Energy plans to embed Nayax payment solutions into 100,000 EV chargers by 2026, covering North American and European markets.
  • Nayax's technology enables cashless payments, remote management, and enhanced customer engagement, applicable to EV charging stations and vending services.

Autel Energy, an electric vehicle charging station provider in 35 North American and European markets, will use Nayax payment processing technology at its stations. Under the agreement, Autel will embed Nayax payment solutions directly into an estimated 100,000 EV chargers set for deployment by the end of 2026.

Electric vehicles are a growing segment for Nayax, a company known to convenience services operators for its cashless payment solutions and management systems for the vending industry. The same technologies that enable convenience services operators to accept various forms of electronic payments, manage their machines remotely, and enhance customer engagement can be applied to both segments.

What they are saying

“We’re excited to partner with Autel to bring embedded payments to one of the fastest-growing EV charging platforms in the world,” said Yair Nechmad, CEO and chairman of Nayax. “Our collaboration helps Autel serve more EV drivers and simplify operations with chargers that are payment-ready from day one.”

“Autel is growing fast, and we needed a global payments partner that could grow with us,” said Yukin Zhang, deputy general manager of Autel Digital Power Co., Ltd. “Nayax gives us the scale, flexibility, and infrastructure to offer a complete solution that makes charging easier for site owners and more convenient for drivers.”
