PayRange and Nayax settle patent infringement allegations

PayRange has resolved its patent dispute with Nayax Ltd., for claims related to convenience services payment technology.

PayRange, a provider of mobile payment solutions and hardware for automated retail, has resolved its patent dispute with Nayax Ltd. PayRange dismissed the case on March 10, 2025.

In a LinkedIn post, Paresh Patel, PayRange founder and CEO, said:

PayRange has reached another settlement, this time with Nayax, resolving an IP infringement lawsuit we initiated. This latest #settlement marks our fifth successful resolution, underscoring both the strength of our intellectual property portfolio and our ongoing commitment to fostering amicable solutions within the industry.
