Apriva To Showcase Cashless Payments Technology At OneShow

April 1, 2014

Apriva announced that it will participate in the 2014 NAMA OneShow, scheduled for April 9 through 11 at the McCormick Place Lakeside Center in Chicago, Ill. Throughout the event, Apriva will display its Apriva Vend™ cashless payments solution, which enables vending operators to seamlessly incorporate cashless vending technology into their operations, as well as describe how universities and colleges can integrate cashless payments and vending operations with their existing campus card infrastructures. Apriva will be located at booth 801 throughout the event.

“We continue to see more and more vending operators appreciate the multiple benefits that cashless vending represents to their businesses,” said Stacey Finley Tappin, Apriva’s senior vice president for North America sales and marketing communications, in a prepared statement. “NAMA gives Apriva a unique opportunity to interact directly with the vending community and demonstrate how our solutions can serve their needs by providing the reliability, flexibility and security that operators are looking for. Vending operators are always looking for new methods to expand margins and grow profitability, and cashless vending has been proven to be one of the most lucrative and dynamic tools for increasing business.”

Apriva Vend enables vending operators to cost-effectively integrate cashless vending into their operations, according to the release. Through this solution, operators have the ability to substantially improve customer satisfaction, increase operational efficiency and expand sales and profit margins. Apriva Vend’s comprehensive service incorporates system hardware and software, wireless connectivity, transaction and alarm reporting capabilities and integration with leading payment processors and financial institutions.

In addition to exhibiting its solutions, Apriva will be represented by executive vice president for strategic accounts Rinaldo Spinella in the OneShow’s Enhancing Technology Performance panel, scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on April 9. The following day, Paul DeRosse, Apriva’s vice president for business development in Canada, will join Vancouver-based vending operator VendMaster to deliver a live case study on the University of British Columbia’s recent deployment of cashless vending. That session will take place April 10 at 4 p.m.
