Isis is offering USA Technologies a subsidy for converting 7,500 e-port-equipped vending machines to accept Isis mobile wallet in the Austin, Texas, and Salt Lake City, Utah, markets, according to Near Field Communications World.  The two companies are reported to be soliciting vending operators in those areas.
