Bachman Co. announced that it has sold its brands and certain assets to Utz Quality Foods Inc., Hanover, Pa., and will change its name to Savor Street Foods Inc. and retain its Hyde Park plant, according to The Reading Eagle in Reading, Pa. For the full story, click here.
