Hoshizaki Alliance completes $430M acquisition of Structural Concepts
Hoshizaki Alliance completed its acquisition of food display cases maker Structural Concepts Corp., Muskegan, Mich., from Mason Wells for $430 million. The acquisition, announced earlier this year, expands Hoshizaki Alliance’s product portfolio for foodservice, retail and B&I markets. The company, which makes temperature-controlled food and beverage merchandisers for grab-and-go applications, including micro markets.
