WUWM 89.7 Milwaukee's NPR put the spotlight on micro markets this week with a podcast that covered the service along with Menomonee Falls, WI-based operation Davians. Micro markets were touted as a way to deliver fresher options to businesses that aren't large enough to warrant a cafeteria. The Davians micro market business is called Davian's Fresh Market and was developed in 2011.
