SHRM Release 2018 Employee Benefit Study

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) released its annual study of employee benefits addressing concerns of human resource professionals and how benefits have changed. The 2018 report indicates a third of companies increased employee benefits in the last 12 months. Most of those increases were due to the need for retention and over half were to attract new talent and/or in response to employee feedback. See the full report.
