NFL player turned Puris CEO Tyler Lorenzen to speak at Plant Based World Expo

Dec. 2, 2021

Companies looking to meet the explosive consumer demand for plant-based foods won’t want to miss Plant Based World Expo North America, Dec. 9-10, at the Javits Center in New York.

Organizers boast PBW is the only professional 100% plant-based focused event for foodservice and retail professionals, distributors, investors and manufacturers.

The exposition will feature renowned plant-based experts, thought leaders and innovators. Among the keynote speakers are former NFL player, and current chief executive of Puris Proteins, Tyler Lorenzen.

Additionally, conference-goers will hear from officials at the Plant Based Foods Association, Vejii, Good Food Institute, Envision Group (a division of Compass Group), Kroger and Spins.

“The plant-based industry is growing faster than ever and is expected to exceed $162 billion within the next decade,” claimed PBW vice president of content Benjamin Davis. “Our programming this year is carefully curated to meet the evolving needs of foodservice and retail industry professionals who are looking for the best ways to meet enormous consumer demand."

Plant Based World Expo is produced by JD Events. An estimated 3,000 attendees are expected to attend next week's conference and trade show.
