Selecta Group appoints Venkie Shantaram as new CEO

Selecta Group B.V., a Swiss-based leader in self-serve retail solutions across Europe, named Venkie Shantaram as its new CEO, effective immediately. The appointment follows a transition period under Interim CEO Michael Rauch, who will step down from the role.

Venkie Shantaram brings more than 30 years of experience leading strategic, operational and financial transformations across multiple industries. He previously served as CEO of Compass Group’s approximately $5.8 billion Europe & Middle East division, where he led 130,000 employees across 25 markets. Most recently, Venkie worked with Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners.
