Easy Ice expands with Little Rock acquisition

Easy Ice has acquired Precision Ice Co., an ice machine leasing business in Little Rock, Ark., marking its latest growth move as the company enters the fourth quarter. The deal expands Easy Ice’s national footprint to more than 40 markets, according to a press release from the company.

Officials said the acquisition supports Easy Ice’s strategy to provide reliable, subscription-based ice machine services to businesses that want predictable costs and consistent service. Easy Ice CEO Darren Boruff emphasized that the company’s model offers operators and business owners a way to avoid capital expenses while ensuring equipment uptime.

Easy Ice manages more than 30,000 ice machines nationwide and has pursued steady expansion through acquisitions in recent years. The company said it remains focused on scaling its managed services platform and expects additional growth.
