The Pelican Group has secured a contract to manage amusement game rooms across more than 400 Regal cinemas in the United States. The agreement extends Pelican’s position as a provider of vending and amusement management solutions, supporting its network of more than 600 operators nationwide.

Richard Scherer, owner and CEO of The Pelican Group, described the deal as a significant long-term opportunity for the company’s operating partners. Chief revenue officer Sean Hanna led the business development effort that resulted in the agreement.

According to Regal chief commercial officer Adam Rymer, the collaboration will modernize theatre game rooms with new equipment, an advanced card system and point-of-sale and loyalty program integrations.
