Office Libations has launched operations in the New York City metro area, bringing its tech-enabled approach to one of the country’s largest corporate hubs. Simultaneously, the company is expanding in Boston as it pursues opportunities in the Northeast corridor. The moves are the latest as Office Libations seeks to grow by supporting enterprise clients with multiple office locations in implementing standardized programs and gaining consistent insights across sites.

The New York City expansion directly supports Office Libations’ West Coast client base, many of whom maintain offices in both the Bay Area and New York.

Office Libations offers “transparent, data-driven food service,” providing its food program customers with same-day reporting and insights that its clients can use to understand usage, cost drivers and program effectiveness. The company says its data-focused approach allows its clients to gain transparency over office food programs, an area that has historically lacked detailed operational data.

“As a Navy veteran, I learned the importance of operational excellence, accountability and commitment to the people you lead,” said Claude Burns, founder and CEO of Office Libations, in a release. “We built Office Libations on those same principles — giving our clients the transparency and service quality they need to run food programs with military precision, while creating an experience employees actually value."

The company combines proprietary software with in-house service delivery. By managing operations directly rather than outsourcing, the company says it offers lower overall costs for clients compared to third-party models.

The company has already signed enterprise clients in the New York City area and is scaling local operations to meet growing demand from both new clients and existing West Coast customers expanding their reach.
