Royal ReFresh has once again earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies, marking the sixth time the company has received the honor. The workplace refreshment services provider ranked No. 3,223 on the 2025 list.

“This recognition means so much to me personally and to our entire team,” said Ryan Harrington, founder and CEO of Royal ReFresh. “It’s a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and passion that have gone into building Royal ReFresh over the years. None of it would have been possible without the incredible support we’ve received from our customers, partners and the amazing people who make Royal ReFresh what it is today.”

The company has expanded its footprint in the past year, extending service throughout Oregon and southwest Washington and entering the Las Vegas market. Royal ReFresh specializes in self-checkout micro markets, specialty coffee and pantry programs.

“Our focus has always been about more than just growth,” Harrington said. “It’s about serving people and creating a refreshment experience that truly makes a difference in the workplace. We’re excited for what’s ahead and committed to continuing to deliver exceptional service and innovation to the people and companies we serve.”

Companies on the Inc. 5000 must be U.S.-based, privately owned, for-profit and independent, with revenue of at least $100,000 in 2021 and $2 million in 2024. Applicants submit verified revenue data, supported by financial documents and certified by leadership and a third party. Rankings are determined by percentage revenue growth over the three-year period, with additional review to confirm accuracy and eligibility.
