Hershey names Natalie Rothman chief human resources officer

The Hershey Company has appointed Natalie Rothman as its new chief human resources officer. Bringing experience from Inspire Brands and Advance Auto Parts, Rothman will oversee global HR as Hershey continues expanding its snacking leadership and global footprint.

Natalie Rothman will lead The Hershey Company’s global human resources team as chief human resources officer (CHRO), effective today.

Before joining Hershey, Rothman served as CHRO at Inspire Brands and at Advance Auto Parts. While serving as CHRO for those companies, she led efforts to drive cultural change, grow talent and build organizational capabilities through technology-enabled solutions.

“We are excited to welcome Natalie to Hershey,” said  Kirk Tanner, Hershey’s president and CEO, in a release. “Natalie’s experience preparing companies for significant growth milestones will be invaluable as we continue to expand our global footprint and strengthen our position as a leading snacking company.”
