Aramark reports stable profits in Q2 2025 amidst fluctuating market
Aramark reported consistent revenue growth in the second fiscal quarter of 2025.
The company announced $4.3 billion in revenue, up 2% year-over-year with a 3% boost in organic revenue. These numbers would have been 3% higher if not for several one-time impact events, including weather-related site closures and calendar shifts in the education sector, Aramark reported. While these events put a dent in Aramark’s domestic numbers, the company performed well internationally, with 10% organic growth led by the United Kingdom, Spain, Chile and Canada.
CEO John Zilmer emphasized Aramark’s service-oriented culture and robust supply chain as primary drivers of its resilience, client retention, and growth momentum.
In the coming year, the company expects to see returns via the education sector rebound and business ramp up in sports, leisure, and corrections. Continued momentum is expected internationally and within business and industry, especially as more workers return to the office.
Aramark has scheduled a conference call at 8:30 a.m. EST on May 6th to discuss its earnings and financial outlook on its website and investor relations page.
