Sodexo announced the appointment of Rohit Bahety as chief financial officer (CFO) for Sodexo North America. Rohit will work in tandem with his predecessor, Sébastien de Tramasure, who has been appointed Group Chief Financial Officer, to ensure a smooth transition.
“This is an exciting opportunity for Sodexo’s North American leadership team as we welcome Rohit Bahety into his new role,” Sodexo North America CEO, Sarosh Mistry, said in the announcement. “Rohit has spent the last 18 years of his career at Sodexo, most recently as CFO for the Campus and Government divisions. We’re grateful for his contributions to date and look forward to his governance as CFO for Sodexo’s North American business as a whole.”
In June 2006, Rohit began his career with Sodexo in India, transitioning from Abbott Healthcare. Progressing within the finance function, he gained international experience as CFO of the Energy & Resource division in the UK&I from 2012 to 2015. He then returned to India where he was promoted to CFO in 2015, later becoming India president in 2020. In 2022, he moved to the U.S., serving as CFO for the campus and government divisions.
