Quench said it has acquired Aqua Techniques, a provider of point-of-use drinking water systems and ice dispensers based on Long Island, NY. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
King of Prussia, PA-based Quench, a Culligan company, is a leading filtered water equipment provider with dealers spanning across the U.S. and Canada. Aqua Techniques a longstanding dealer of its Pure Water Technology line, serving clients in New York City and the surrounding areas for more than 20 years.
“We are excited to welcome Aqua Techniques customers to the Quench family,” said Quench COO Todd Peterson. “This marks our 50th acquisition and represents an important milestone in our ongoing commitment to provide exit opportunities for our dealers.”
