Filtered water provider Quench USA Inc. said it has acquired LaPure Water, a point-of-use drinking water systems provider based in Clearwater, FL. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Quench chief operating officer Todd Peterson reported that LaPure Water is the company's ninth acquisition made in 2021. "It adds density in the fast-growing Tampa/Clearwater metropolitan area, enhancing our customer support capability in this important market," he said.
With more than 60,000 customers, Quench, a Culligan company, provides filtered "bottleless" water solutions to businesses and dealer partners in the United States and Canada. The company is headquartered in King of Prussia, PA.
