Capital Provisions, a full-service vending operation based in Southern California, announced this week the acquisition of San Diego’s Luxury Vending. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Luxury Vending is the fourth acquisition in San Diego completed by Capital Provisions. The purchase delivers a wide-ranging portfolio of vending accounts throughout the region.
“The purchase of Luxury Vending will build upon our existing presence in San Diego County,” said Capital chief Woody Kassin. ‘We will be able to leverage the significant headway we have made in terms of putting resources and relationships in place, utilizing key learnings to hit the ground running on day one.”
According to Kassin, Luxury Vending was able to “perform steadily” during the past 12 months, a period of profound impact that Covid-19 brought to the vending and foodservice industries.
Capital Vending plans to implement new equipment options, product merchandising updates, promotional programs and micro market conversions, among other upgrades, to Luxury Vending’s installed account base.

Founded in 2019, Capital Provisions is a full-service vending operation serving a diverse account base across multiple industries, from manufacturing facilities and corporate offices to schools, government, hospitals, retail and hotels.
Through its technology partnership with Vagabond, Capital Provisions employs dynamic inventory management, product merchandising, service scheduling, truck routing and financial reconciliation to its customers.
