Keurig Dr Pepper adds new director to board

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. has appointed Juliette Hickman as a director to its board, effective Jan. 18.

The new director is a former investment analyst at the Capital Group Cos. and has had contact with a broad range of industries on a global basis. Hickman’s specific expertise is in the beverage sector. She also serves as an independent director for Montanya Distillers.

“[Juliette’s] deep understanding of the beverage industry, coupled with more than 20 years of investing experience and expertise in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis and risk assessment, make[s] her a valuable addition to KDP,” said KDP chairman and chief executive Bob Gamgort.

Keurig Dr Pepper, a leading beverage company in North America employing 26,000 people, reports $11 billion in annual revenue. Its brands include Keurig, Dr Pepper, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Canada Dry, Snapple, Bai, Mott's, CORE and The Original Donut Shop.
