LesserEvil Snacks Welcomes Former Whole Foods Senior Category Merchant, David Woods, As Vice President Of Sales
DANBURY, CT – MAY 20, 2020 LesserEvil is pleased to announce the appointment of David Woods as vice president of sales. Woods joins the award-winning better-for-you snack brand after serving nearly 15 years at leading natural foods retailer, Whole Foods Market, where Woods rose the ranks from the store level all the way up to his most recent role as senior category merchant.

Woods began his career at Whole Foods in 2006, working his way up from the store level in the Denver area, to regional grocery buyer at the Whole Foods’ office in Boulder, Colorado. From there, he received subsequent promotions to serve as associate coordinator of purchasing, followed by the role of senior category merchant, salty snacks and shelf-stable dips and salsas, which he held for nearly four years before joining Danbury-based LesserEvil.
