Accent Food Services has announced Dawn Piscitelli as it's Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, Dawn will lead strategy for the customer & consumer experience, and will drive value proposition and leadership for more than 35 of Accent's sales associates and leaders. Dawn will report directly to Josh Rosenberg, President & CEO.
Dawn is a marketing and sales enthusiast with over 20 years of relevant experience in brand strategy development, business development and communications. She has spent her last year working with Accent in go-to-market strategies and messaging and is very excited to begin leading and supporting the sales and marketing team. Prior to Accent Food Services, Dawn oversaw marketing, product development and business development for a private equity backed healthy foods QSR. During her time there she built their digital marketing platform, completed a re-brand and created new distribution channels by selling in to food service and grocers.
During her years in New York and Atlanta, Dawn served as the Vice President of Strategy at MDC Partners where she was also the leader of the Brand Strategy practice for several of their partner agencies. As a consultant, Dawn has guided and delivered growth for a wide range of clients including Pfizer, Colgate-Palmolive, MillerCoors, and Del Monte. In addition to consulting, Dawn has worked on the client side in marketing for Proctor & Gamble, Mars Incorporated and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. During this time she gained a reputation for developing strategies that delivered growth for billion dollar brands and the country’s largest pediatric healthcare provider.
In her spare time Dawn is a mentor for SKU, a local product incubator where she guides entrepreneurs in sales and marketing. She currently lives in Austin, TX with her husband and two sons.
