Sunny Sky Products is a leading, premium dispensed beverage manufacturer that sells globally to convenience stores (c-stores), and restaurants and this acquisition will strengthen their overall product portfolio.
Founded in 1985, DWS, Inc. has a strong position in hot dispensed products in the c-store channel. The c-store hot dispensed category comprises over half of the total c-store Food Service Beverage Sales and is projected to grow, with specialty coffee beverages leading the way, according to Technomic.
