California Judge Rules In Favor Of Hershey In Vending Lawsuit

Law360 reports a California federal judge tentatively dismissed First Class Vending's lawsuit claiming The Hershey Co. stifled competition in the candy market by paying unearned rebates to a rival. The judge said “there seems to be just very good reasons for Hershey in doing what it’s doing.”
