Accent Food Services has acquired the assets of Vending of Texas in Katy, TX. This acquisition marks the fifth acquisition of 2017 for Accent Food Services. The business transaction was led by Craig King, Regional Director of Operations, East Region.
“The assets of Vending of Texas and its employees will merge with our Houston Branch," said King. "We are excited to expand our operations in this market. The account base will help us build route density and reach a broader segment within the region.“
