CHATTANOOGA, TN – Today Five Star Food Service announced the launch of a new, innovative concept in its line of service offerings, the Verii NanoMarket™. Through its exclusive partnership with Verii, Five Star is now able to extend the micro-market concept to prospective customers with as few as 25 employees within its service area.
The Verii NanoMarket™ fills a gap that Five Star had in its portfolio, a service solution for small companies with 25 to 100 employees. Verii allows the vending operator to offer the desirable market concept with limited risk and investment. Smaller companies are often refused service because of the cost prohibitive nature of servicing small accounts with traditional vending. With Verii, that will no longer be the case.
Five Star is making the Verii concept available immediately in the Nashville metro area and surrounding counties. Over time, the concept will become available in the Chattanooga and Knoxville metro areas.

How does Verii work?
A NanoMarket™ is a smaller, fully customizable (by the customer) version of a micro-market. Instead of customers paying with a micro-market kiosk, Verii utilizes its mobile app as the payment platform. Each account has a Verii Important Person “VIP” who can choose from any products that the vending operator makes available on the online catalog built on the Verii platform. The “VIP” also has the ability to set pricing for their employees. The vending operator receives the orders from Verii and delivers the product and quickly merchandises the market.
How big is Verii?
There are 2 sizes, the small version is best suited for counter tops and is roughly 4’ wide by 4’ tall. The large is a floor-based unit and is approximately 5.5’ wide and 6’ tall. The markets can fit up to about 24 SKUs of snacks (230+ items), and four shelves of drinks (144 20oz bottles).
