Peralta (Spain), 29 February 2016 –Jofemar Vending has just delivered to the US direct selling company Herbalife 100 units of the Automated Sales Center, made in collaboration with the Filuet Group, the developer and system integrators of this project globally. The units will be deployed in different markets, including Brazil, Colombia, Korea, Taiwan, the Netherlands and Russia.
The main objective of this operation, which began in 2012 with the introduction of the first prototypes, is to optimize the accessibility of Herbalife products to meet immediately the needs of Herbalife members, providing 24/7 service 365 days a year. In addition, company representatives estimate that the transition from a physical store to shop 24 hours increased sales, allowing them to reach new markets at a cost significantly lower.
This innovative technological solution for automated dispensing of value-added products integrates an interactive touch-screen kiosk MPK 32-inch to place orders, connected to as many Vision E-S Plus machines as required by the customer, up to a maximum of four. All monitored, the Automated Sales Centers are networked through a software developed by Filuet which will manage transactions worth of thousands of euros, in addition to supporting distributors through a system of virtual assistance. In this new concept the latest improvements developed by the Spanish group in cooperation with Filuet have been implemented, such as multi-sale, ie, the system manages the collection of various products and delivery together through a large elevator.
All units purchased by Herbalife are manufactured in the Jofemar plant in Peralta (Navarra) and, using the Filuet software, they are ready to support distributors in every language. With more than 2.25 cubic meters capacity, these solutions are extremely flexible both in configuration and programming, ensuring its adaptability and versatility to any format. Its technical features include a programmable temperature to ensure the optimal storage of products, an efficient POS system developed by Filuet of reporting and inventory management with real-time remote access and alerts for exhausted product, plus the most advanced safety equipment for the delivery of products and anti-vandalism. Also incorporate the widest range of payment systems, from coins to contactless cards, ticketing printer or telemetry communication.
The shops will be on duty seven days a week, 365 days a year. The monitoring and support is done remotely through a global support center operated by Filuet, which respond to 100% of any incidents, ensuring maximum activity and profitability.
