North Carolina College Implements Policy For Use Of Vending Profits

A new policy has been implemented at Cape Fear Community College, located in Wilmington, NC, after the college president, Ted Spring, was questioned in how he used money generated by campus vending machines and bookstore, according to WECT. With the new policy, institutional money, such as funds generated by vending machines, cannot be used to make purchases that supplement the president’s salary. Full article.
