Police Seek Serial Vending Thieves

Authorities in Richmond, IN, are seeking two men suspected of breaking into the same vending machine three times in the last few weeks, according to Pal-Item. The suspects, who have been breaking into the machine between midnight and 3 a.m., drive a “late model car with a black hood and white trunk lid,” the source reports.
