FDA To Propose E-Cigarette Regulations

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that it will propose new rules that would give it the authority to regulate e-cigarettes, according to the New York Times. Part of the new regulations would require e-cigarette buyers to show identification to prove their age. Full article.
