REVIVE announced that it has entered into a Master Purchase and License Agreement with USConnect covering the operation of REVIVE micro markets nationwide under the USConnect platform.
This agreement comes on the heels of REVIVE’s recently having received certification from Sprout Retail as the first company to complete the integration with USConnect’s proprietary OneCard for micro market use, and full integration across vending, micro market and dining platforms is forthcoming as Cantaloupe and Crane prepare to complete their own integrations.
“The goal of USConnect is to facilitate, in a leadership role, the modernization of the vending and food service industry through cashless payment, wireless telemetry and the value-added capabilities that a connected base of self-serve terminals can provide – both now and in the future,” said Jeff Whitacre, chief executive officer and founder of USConnect, in a prepared statement. “We have been working closely with REVIVE for more than a year, and REVIVE, in collaboration with our partners at Sprout Retail, was the first micro market provider to develop a software platform that integrates with the USConnect hosted balance card. We have an increasing number of REVIVE units in the field, and REVIVE management’s willingness and capacity to adapt to, and support, our members’ needs has led to what we feel is an excellent foundation for substantial future growth.”
“We are extremely gratified to have been selected by USConnect,” said Joe Loparco, REVIVE’s vice president of sales and marketing. “They have rigorously tested the REVIVE product, and this selection helps validate the work that our founder, Adam Arthur, and his development team have accomplished. The direct, upside potential of working with such a prominent group of independent operators is of course extremely meaningful to our organization, while at the same time strengthening our position to better serve the industry as a whole.” For more information, contact [email protected].
