Arrest Made In Violent, 10-Year-Old Vending Robbery

Police arrested the man believed responsible for the 1999 brutal attack of Mark Raiffie and another employee at Raiffie Vending in St. Louis, Mo., according to the KSDK news. The suspect, a 37 year old male, has been charged with first-degree murder, as Mark Raiffie died of his injuries, robbery, assault and armed criminal action. Full article.
