NAMA readies webcasts for Micro Market Week, March 16-18; 365 Retail's Wednesday session examines changing client landscape

The National Automatic Merchandising Association is hosting three webcast sessions next week that will explore micro market opportunities in the reopening economy. The hourlong sessions will be held from Tuesday through Thursday. All three begin at 2 p.m. ET.

On Tuesday, Mar. 16, Avanti Markets will present a session to help operators recognize what can be expected from consumers who are returning to the workplace after working from home for a year or longer, and how micro markets can meet those expectations. Avanti’s Joel Berman and Greg Wilson will host.

On Wednesday, Mar. 17, a webcast sponsored by 365 Retail Markets will focus on the modern micro market space in the post-pandemic landscape. The session, presented by 365’s Ryan McWhirter and Translucent’s Steve Closser and Patty Closser, will look at the types of businesses that suitable for markets and what operators should ask clients when planning a market for their spaces.

On Thursday, Mar. 18, Parlevel Systems will sponsor a session that examines c-store trends, product selection balance and market merchandising. Thursday’s program will provide insight on how operators can become better retailers and merchandisers. Presenting are Parlevel’s Alan Munson, Green Country Vendors’ Kelven Williams and Ida-Vend’s Matt Horan.
