EVEX postponed To 2021

The European Vending & Coffee Service Association has announced the cancellation of the 2020 European Vending Experience (EVEX) event.  

It is with sadness that we announce the cancellation of this year’s EVEX in Krakow (due to take place 16-18 September), with the event now planned to take place in 2021.

A decision based on facts

First is the uncertainty caused by the Covid-situation in Europe: flights and border restrictions that could force us to cancel the event at the last minute. Second, our primary concern is always the responsibility we feel towards our exhibitors and partners, who fund the show – not only by purchasing stand space but also in the considerable additional investment they make by supporting EVEX as sponsor. During these challenging times, we fully understand that our members and partners are focused on their contingency plans & operational activities as top priorities.

Based on these factors – uncertainty around whether EVEX will be allowed to proceed, as well as doubts as to the number of participants who will be able to attend – have led us to the conclusion that we now have no option but to postpone EVEX.

We believe that this is the best decision for the industry and we are so thankful for the support that has already been shown to us.

Committed to serving the industry

Despite the disappointment we know you feel, we want you to know that we’re fully committed to serving our industry. We’re already working on a new edition of EVEX taking into account the new reality the industry is facing in these difficult times.

We have been very pleased about all the members that declared their interest in the EVEX sponsorship and it is with pleasure that we will welcome them as sponsors next year. The previous bookings will be taken into consideration.
