CHICAGO – July 2, 2019 – June was filled with state council meetings, involving more than 300 members, which took place from Rocky Gap, Maryland to Naperville, Illinois.
“State Council meetings prove to be an important opportunity for networking within the industry,” said Pam Gilbert, NAMA’s Director of Member Communities. “Discussions regarding unattended retail, including definitions, licensing, health department inspections and fees, were a major focus throughout each of the meetings.”
“The combination of structured issue updates and informal, fun outings are a value-add for all participants and serve as a great summary in advance of NAMA’s Fly-In & Advocacy Summit. If you haven’t registered, there’s still time to do so: https://www.namanow.org/voice/dc-fly-in-advocacy-summit/.”
